Janelle and Todd planned to move, but when their daughter was on the way, they realized the neighbourhood fit — but the house didn’t.

So they stayed, rooms were reshaped for light, flow, and function, turning a once-closed layout into a place that finally felt aligned with them. The result proved that they had made the right decision to renovate instead of move away. It allowed them to create the home they always saw themselves in.

A HOME BUILT FOR THEM.

We restructured the main floor to create an open-concept living space, moving the kitchen to the opposite side of the home for better flow and family use. Updates to the bathrooms and a suite of custom millwork elements tied the spaces together with a consistent, refined finish.
