Travis & Fiona

They bought the home for its location, not its layout. Over time, daily routines started to feel constrained — tight circulation, disconnected spaces, and a kitchen that worked against how they actually lived.

With a growing family, the friction became impossible to ignore. So instead of moving, they chose to rework what they had — keeping what mattered, and reshaping everything else. The result was a home that finally supported their day-to-day, not fought against it.

A family in a modern kitchen, with a renovation contractor holding a smiling young girl and a mother holding a baby, sitting near a wooden table with white mugs. Showing a friendly contractor discussing a project on site.

A HOME THAT WORKS WITH THEM.

We restructured the main floor to open up the layout, improving flow between kitchen, dining, and living areas. The kitchen was relocated to better connect with the rest of the home, supported by custom millwork and material continuity throughout. The result is a space that feels intuitive — built around how they actually live.
